All of our vacant properties are listed on our website and available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. We include a customized search engine and mapping features for ease of use in identifying suitable properties. In addition, our website includes other valuable information to assist our clients and residents with their informational needs, such as maintenance requests, payments, local area links, and frequently asked questions.
Triad Realtors
All of our vacant properties are listed on the Triad Multiple Listing website which allows all REALTORS access to our properties. This enables all REALTORS to assist their clients with their housing needs.
Corporate Relocation
Through our principal's involvement throughout the Triad, we have a considerable list of corporate relocation and human resources departments that we send a weekly e-mail to. With the impending FedEx East coast sorting hub and HondaJet due to open in Greensboro in 2009, we are anticipating accelerated relocation to our area. Our relationships should prove to be an asset in the leasing of our client's properties.
Interior Photos
When possible, custom interior photographs are taken for most of our properties so they can be marketed to their maximum potential and let their interior features shine. These photographs are placed on our website.

We prepare a detailed property flyer that lists all of our available properties, including a photograph and ample information, on a weekly basis. Text Messaging
Through our text messaging program, we are able to increase the visibility of our available properties and provide instant communication and information to prospective residents, which is critical in today's rental market. By using the text messaging program, a prospective renter can text message a specific property code to the number provided on the property sign and receive instant information about the property listing. The first text message they will receive includes the company contact information, property location, price, bed/bath figures and square footage. They will then receive a 2nd text message with a link in which they can receive additional property information including maps, photos, and other links. This is just another way that Birch management, inc. is bringing the latest use of technology to its clients and those involved in today's rental market.
