Michelle Porter, CRS, ABR, GRI, CSR, CPM Candidate: President Mrs. Porter has been a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Interior Design and Business Management from Meredith College, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Elon University. She has been actively involved in Greensboro real estate since 1994 and holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License. Mrs. Porter is a CPM and CCIM candidate and holds the CRS, ABR, GRI, and CSR real estate designations, as well as being an active member of the Junior League of Greensboro. Mrs. Porter is currently in her third year as a member of the Greater Greensboro Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In 2007, Mrs. Porter was named the 9th highest producing real estate Broker in the Triad by the Triad Business Journal. |

Lee Porter, CCIM, CPM: CEO Mr. Porter has been, predominately, a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in accounting from Guilford College. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License and has been an active real estate investor since 1994. Additionally, Mr. Porter holds both the designations of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager), two of the most respected designations in real estate. Mr. Porter serves on the Board of Directors for both TREBIC (Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition) and The Realtor's Commercial Alliance. Prior to full time participation in real estate, Mr. Porter traveled to all 50 states and 42 countries while competing as a professional golfer for 16 years, including 6 years as an exempt member of the PGA TOUR. Mr. Porter also holds an unlimited NC General Contractors License. |

Mary Watson Smith: Property Manager
Ms. Smith joined Birch Management in the Fall of 2010 and has performed many functions in her time with Birch Management and was promoted to Property Manager in June 2011. Prior to coming on board with Birch Management, Ms. Smith worked in the textile and fashion industry. She has been predominantly a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a BS Degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. |

Tina Powers: Property Manager Mrs. Powers joined Birch Management in Spring 2011 as a property manager after a long history in real estate with Prudential Carolinas Realty. Prior to entering real estate, Mrs. Powers was a manager at a local manufacturing company after graduating from both High Point Andrews and University of North Carolina Charlotte. As a native of High Point, Mrs. Powers will head our office in High Point. |

David Dorich: Operations Manager . Mr. Dorich joined the Birch Companies in June of 2011 after serving for four years as a project and operations manager for Housing Greensboro, Inc. In his position with Housing Greensboro David was responsible for coordinating and leading crews of volunteers to make repairs and renovations to owner occupied homes. Originally from Ohio, David holds degrees in education and business from Bowling Green State University. David will be managing our maintenance operations.

Jennifer Costas: Resident Services Agent Mrs. Costas joined Birch Management in 2010 after working with New Breed. While at New Breed Mrs. Costas served as an assistant to the CEO. Prior to New Breed, Mrs. Costas was a customer services representative with Furnitureland South for many years. Mrs. Costas received a Liberal Arts Studies degree from East Mississippi Community College.

Amanda Bailess: Resident Services Agent
Mrs. Bailess joined Birch Management in June 2011. Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration from Meredith College. Prior to joining the Birch team she worked in the non-profit sector as a program manager. |

Patty Bremkamp: Resident Services Agent Ms. Bremkamp, a native North Carolinian, moved back after living in Houston Texas and Memphis attending college and starting a family. Ms. Bremkamp has worked over 30 years in customer service. She spent 8 years with US Airways in the Consumer Affairs Division where she specialized as an Incident Specialist and Trained personal at several Airports across the US. Ms. Bremkamp also holds a NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts certification as a manicurist. |

Jennifer Kiser: Resident Services Agent Mrs. Kiser joined Birch Management in 2011 after spending time in the retail arena as a manager and customer service professional. After obtaining a BS in Communications and fashion merchandising, Mrs. Kiser returned to the Triad from Greenville, NC. |

Tracy Perry: Accounting Manager Mrs. Perry joined us after working for a large regional multi-family developer and will be assisting in the accounting area. After obtaining a BA in Business Management at NC State University, Mrs. Perry specialized in the financial area of several companies. She currently assists the Triad Apartment Association when not helping Birch Management. |

Kelly Simmons: Resident Services Agent Ms. Simmons joined Birch Management as a resident services agent after working as a superintendent in new construction for over ten years. Ms. Simmons earned her NC General Contracting License in 2002 and her NC Real Estate Brokers License in 2009. |

Jay Wall: Maintenance Technician
Mr. Wall joined Birch Management in 2009 as a maintenance technician and was moved into the role of operations manager in late 2009. Prior to joining our team Mr. Wall served as operations manager for CBL, General Growth Properties, and Koury Corporation. Mr. Wall has also served our community as a firefighter. |
