BIRCH MANAGEMENT, INC. ACQUIRES HOMEPRO REALTY, INC.

Greensboro, NC- January 1, 2011: Birch Management, Inc. has acquired the property management division of HomePro Realty, Inc. effective January 1, 2011. All operations will be consolidated into Birch Management's office at 1118 Grecade Street, Greensboro, NC 27408. Dawn Caviness, formerly a Property Manager with HomePro, will join Birch Management as a Property Manager.

Lee Porter, CEO of Birch Management, stated "As a result of this acquisition Birch Management will be able to achieve greater economies of scale, increase our investor base, and bring on an additional property manager. We look forward to the additional services we will be able to provide our clients and are very excited about the acquisition of HomePro Realty."

In other news, Christie Ownbey, formerly Senior Property Manager with Birch Management, has been promoted to Vice-President.
