Michelle Porter, CRS, ABR, GRI, CSR: President Mrs. Porter has been a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Interior Design and Business Management from Meredith College, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Elon University. She has been actively involved in Greensboro real estate since 1994 and holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License. Mrs. Porter is a CPM and CCIM candidate and holds the CRS, ABR, GRI, and CSR real estate designations, as well as being an active member of the Junior League of Greensboro. In 2007, Mrs. Porter was named the 9th highest producing real estate Broker in the Triad by the Triad Business Journal. |

Lee Porter, CCIM: Vice-President
Mr. Porter has been, predominately, a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in accounting from Guilford College. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License has been an active real estate investor since 1994. Additionally, Mr. Porter earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the highest levels of achievement in real estate. Prior to full time participation in real estate, Mr. Porter traveled 49 states and 42 countries competing as a professional golfer for 16 years, including 6 years as an exempt member of the PGA TOUR. Mr. Porter also holds an unlimited NC General Contractors License. |

Jennifer Moorefield: Office Manager Ms. Moorefield Joined Birch Management in early 2009 as a leasing agent and became office manager later that year. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Moorefield was a sales and closing coordinator for a national home builder and local home builder for over 9 years. Prior to entering the real estate field, Ms. Moorefield was a human resources assistant manager for 21 years. |

Jennifer Weaver: Leasing Agent
Ms. Weaver is a native of Emerald Isle, North Carolina and attended Coastal Carolina College for a degree in Business Management. Before joining Birch Management, Ms. Weaver worked as an executive assistant and leasing agent for a local home builder and land development firm for over 6 years. Prior to relocating to Greensboro and entering into the real estate field, Ms. Weaver worked as a senior legal assistant for a law firm in Jacksonville, North Carolina. |
