Michelle Porter, CRS, ABR, GRI, CSR, CPM Candidate: President Mrs. Porter has been a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Interior Design and Business Management from Meredith College, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Elon University. She has been actively involved in Greensboro real estate since 1994 and holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License. Mrs. Porter is a CPM and CCIM candidate and holds the CRS, ABR, GRI, and CSR real estate designations, as well as being an active member of the Junior League of Greensboro. In 2007, Mrs. Porter was named the 9th highest producing real estate Broker in the Triad by the Triad Business Journal. |

Lee Porter, CCIM, CPM Candidate: Vice-President
Mr. Porter has been, predominately, a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in accounting from Guilford College. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License has been an active real estate investor since 1994. Additionally, Mr. Porter earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the highest levels of achievement in real estate, in 2009.. Prior to full time participation in real estate, Mr. Porter has traveled to all 50 states and 42 countries while competing as a professional golfer for 16 years, including 6 years as an exempt member of the PGA TOUR. Mr. Porter also holds an unlimited NC General Contractors License. |

Mrs. Saintsing has been a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Meredith College. Mrs. Saintsing has been involved in real estate in numerous capacities and holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License. |

Jay Wall: Operations Manager
Mr. Wall joined Birch Management in 2009 as a maintenance technician and was moved into the role of operations manager in late 2009. Prior to joining our team Mr. Wall served as operations manager for CBL, General Growth Properties, and Koury Corporation. Mr. Wall has also served our community as a firefighter. |

Ana Perdue: Leasing Consultant Mrs. Perdue joined Birch Management in 2010 as a leasing consultant. Prior to joining Birch Management, Mrs. Perdue was both a leasing consultant and assistant property manager for Bell Partners. A lifelong resident of the Triad, Mrs. Perdue graduated Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School and Guilford Technical Community College with a business degree.

Jennifer Weaver: Resident Services Manager
Mrs. Weaver is a native of Emerald Isle, North Carolina and attended Coastal Carolina College for a degree in Business Management. Before joining Birch Management, Mrs. Weaver worked as an executive assistant and leasing agent for a local home builder and land development firm for over 6 years. Prior to relocating to Greensboro and entering into the real estate field, Mrs. Weaver worked as a senior legal assistant for a law firm in Jacksonville, North Carolina. |
